Stripes for the lads...

Huge congrats to the lads that were awarded stripes on their belts last night; they were missing from class last week when I gave out stripes, so better late than never.  As always, hard work really pays off and here's looking forward to a really productive No Gi training camp, as the lads prepare for the South East Open in Kent in April.
