Last night's class...

Another busy class last night, always a pleasure to get on the mats and teach, always got new stuff to show and going back over the basics is always on the cards in every class; every time I go back to the basics, I see something new in the there, which makes it easier for me to pass on the information to my students and shows me that it's a lifelong study...one can never get bored of Jiu Jitsu :)
