BJJ @ Cobham!

 Hit the road last night and took a drive over to Mark Ganaden's club in Cobham and was delighted to be asked to take the BJJ class :)

I went over some of the gold left by Demian Maia in December and had a lot of fun teaching new students and making lots of new Jiu Jitsu friends, which is how it should be.

If you live in and around the Cobham, be sure to check out Mark's club, he's a super nice guy and a very knowledgeable instructor.
