Scoundrels and ne'er do wells at SW19!

 Had a killer session last night as always, never ever a bad night whether there's two or thirty on the mats, it's always a pleasure to teach and pass on the knowledge.

Last night I had the pleasure of having two of my affiliates over from Andover, Submission Scoundrel founder Chris Petherwick and general ne'er do well Michael 'GIP' Cutting :)

Chris delivered a double leg masterclass, I dropped in one technique from turtle position and ended the class with a solid hour of rolling, lots of hard work from everyone, as always.
