Defend Your Future!

 We are into week four into this exciting youth programme and the young lads are picking up the Jiu Jitsu very ably :)

We have arranged for them to go to watch a grappling competition at the weekend, at the Grapple City event and I've told them to keep an eye on the matches and let me know when they see an Americana submission :)
