BJJ is for everyone!

Had a great Beginners class this evening, with men, women and children all together as one, sharing mat space, tuition and generally having a good time.

Nice to see some women on the mats tonight; it can be a very daunting prospect, for women to enter a predominantly male environment and this can put many women off from training.  Top marks to Max and Julie tonight, as they crossed the first main hurdle and joined in the fun, hope to see you back next week.

Jiu Jitsu - for everyone!

Jiu Jitsu really is for everyone, if you're reading this, umming and aahing on whether to come and train, as the Nike advert says, "just do it."

Come down to the gym on the beginners class, Thursday 6-730pm, first two classes free, so you nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
