Last night's class

 Another hot and sweaty No Gi session last night at Wimbledon BJJ, with a welcome return to my old student Vassko, aka The Beast From The East , who's back in the UK for a month and came back to where it all began for him at SW19 :)

I was more than happy to reacquaint my BJJ brother with pleasant moves such as the half alch takedown to neck crank, the Grovit, the cradle and others on his short trip back to SW19, which he thoroughly enjoyed :)

A pleasure as always having old friends on the mats :)
