Monday Madness!

 Kick started another week off in fine style with an action packed day and night of Jiu Jitsu :)

Lots of fun with the L'il Monkeys class, a solid turn out for there beginners and a killer advanced class, teaching some solid techniques and plenty of specifics and sparring.
