Wednesday Jiu Jitsu at SW19!

 Now the weather is sunnier and warmer, it's great to get out and hit the mats and it was another action packed day yesterday at Northern Monkey HQ :)

The day started with a brilliant session with the L'il Monkeys and a really tough beginners class, dropped in some shark tanks and extended rolling for them, which they all enjoyed and an intimate advanced class, just two on the mats and went over some old school step over arm bars, which finished them both off after thirty minutes drilling :)
