Cyborg seminar @ London Fight Factory!

 Dropped into London Fight Factory last night's as Cyborg was in London for two days and I joined the Gi session, which was packed with old school Jiu Jitsu, right up my street :)

Once Cyborg starts, there's no way of knowing of what it's going to end and after the session, the teaching carried on in the changing rooms and I had the honour of being his uke, where I learned more about the pendulum sweep in the time I was with him than anywhere else :)

Jiu Jitsu can be learned anywhere, no fancy mats required!
