Wrestling class @ Wimbledon BJJ!

 The Wrestling classes are slowly picking up momentum with coach Claudiu at the helm, with a number of beginners joining the class last night.

Throughout June, we have been going over hand fighting, establishing head and arm control and have drilled arm drags, the Russian Tie and counters to both techniques and of course LOTS of wrassling :)

Next month we study changing levels and shooting in for single and double legs :)

All levels welcome, every Tuesday 8-930pm, £20 per wrestler :)
