New You Tube video - BJJ 4 MMA Part 1!

 Filmed a few videos the other night to show how positions common in BJJ can transfer over to MMA. 

In the videos, I show a few options on how to control your opponent, which gives you the opportunity to unleash punches, open palm strikes and hammer fists from side control, half guard and mount.

They are high percentage positions that with a bit of time spent drilling, will easily assimilate into your game, setting up strikes, dominant positions and submissions.
