Monday Monkey Mayhem!

 How did September get here so quickly?!

It's getting a little cooler now, but the mats at Northern Monkey HQ were on fire yesterday, with another action packed day of Jiu Jitsu.

Most of the L'il Monkeys are still on holiday, but we still had one in the 10-15yrs class and what fun we had, going over the technical get up, breakfalls, shrimps and lots of pad work and sprawls, all crammed into forty five minutes!

In the two evening classes, a lot of the adult monkeys have returned from summer holidays and it was packed mats in both classes, three black belts to choose from in the beginners class and a killer sparring class rounded off another awesome Monday night :)

A great way to start the week!
