No Gi Tuesday!

 Two killer No Gi classes last night, concentrated on level change, shooting and sprawling and moved on to getting the back position from the sprawl and finishing off with a slick Vaporiser :)

Well done to all last night, for some this was their first Wrestling based class and great to see one of the ladies, Rhythmi on the mats, shooting, sprawling and Vaporising!
