Birthday Jiu Jitsu!!

 I celebrated my fifty fifth rotation around the sun with a killer No Gi class last night at Northern Monkey HQ :)

Had a birthday shark tank to start the class and had lots of rolls and finished the night off with a few birthday drinks at the Wimbledon Spoons :)

Here's to the next fifty five years :)
