Last night's class

 Two killer No Gi classes last night at Northern Monkey HQ, kicking the night off with drilling the level change, shoot and sprawl from our Wrestling coach Claudiu and after specifics and sparring, we spent a good half hour trouble shooting two positions, giving the monkeys a few options from each position.

Hard work and lots of sweat from everyone, looking forward to class tonight :)
