Another two awesome No Gi sessions in the bag last night at Northern Monkey HQ :)
Took the students through a duck under takedown, into a quarter nelson turnover and Americana finish and then lots of specifics and sparring.
Great fun as always :)
Old Man Jiu Jitsu all the way!
