No Gi Tuesday!

 Another quiet class thanks to all the roadworks and tube disruptions, but we still bagged two killer sessions last without the Gi :)

Spent the first half of the class drilling Judo throws and footsteps, something a little different for everyone, but always good to have in your toolkit :)

Finished the class of with plenty of rolls all starting from being thrown with a throw learned in the first half of class.
