Yet another Monday in the bag, time sure is flying as we are fast approaching dare I say it in October...
CHRISTMAS!!
Two awesome sessions with the L'il Monkeys, all of them are really coming on with the level change, shooting and sprawling and this was carried over into the two Gi classes in the evening.
Up and down the gym level changing, shooting, sprawling and lots of the dreaded Indian crawls before a solid hour of rolling, then if that wasn't enough, over half an hour of specifics, ending with trouble shooting how to get out of the pesky quarter guard, when your partner is holding the ankle tight.
Hard work from everyone as always, more of the same tonight :)
